My dear sister Maria, who I love very, very dearly and whom I admire as an amazing therapist, highly intelligent in a very right brain way. She can analyze a problem in a flash from out of nowhere. Well that’s her gift. But…….she has a problem of hiding in her weight…afraid to expose more of her beauty and also a good procrastinator for exercising.
So I know this presses her buttons more than she would like, but I tell her its like the statue of David in marble by Michelangelo. He just chipped away with the vision he had and created out of a block a beautiful creation. You can mold and shape your body in the same way. It takes effort, time, but it can be done. little by little. OK Maria, I won’t bother you to be a size 8 anymore…but chip by chip…pound by pound, you can have the perfect body that suits you before you know it! Stop hiding:-)
