  • It’s a Good Time to Crawl

    I am going on week 4. I am feeling stronger and more energetic every day. I’ve had the energy to go on my pilates machine for an hour. Yesterday I told a friend that now I am used to the apparatus on my ankle. Its like  boyfriends. At first, they feel foreign, but then you get used to them, even if they are good for you or not. We somehow adapt to circumstances. Of course, if they are unpleasant circumstances, there is eventual breakdown or a possibility for repair, like my ankle.             (more…)

  • Gambling Addictions

    You are standing at the slot machine engrossed in the activity of what you are seeing in the screen before you, hoping that all those icons line up so that you hit it big. Your mind is in a total altered space there is nothing else entering, no thoughts to disrupt this process, no problems to deal with, the stress seems to melt away, its just you and the machine engrossed in this interaction that has your 100% attention.   • Hang on Tight to Your Dreams

    Last August, I was gifted with being able to work with my sister full time. Our main focus was to work the real estate market to sustain us and on the side, we developed a plan for our future besides the real estate. I was worried about my ankle hurting so much and the requirement of showing property. I had been visioning for the last two years simply finding a way to share my inspirations that I had had after my car accident five and a half years ago. The good thing is that my sister is a licensed mental health therapist and because we are family, we were able to create some amazing concepts for living  a life free of suffering, pain and loss.   • Hidden Pain As Time Passes By

    Yesterday was my birthday. I had a beautiful day receiving so many greetings from family and friends and at night had a gathering at my sisters house with my family and some close friends. I decided to  start the day by not having to think of what I had to do. As I have been feeling less and less pain on my ankle and simply getting used to this apparatus, I have been focusing more on what I need to do. My eternal list of to do’s. (more…)

  • Muscle Remembers, So Does Your Inner Child

    Its now 12:30 at night or going to morning more accurately. I spent the last hour first looking at my left calf which has has absolutely no movement or activity in the last 3 weeks. Also the muscle has atrophied considerably in the last year and a half since my ankle was so swollen and it didn’t have the proper flexing. (more…)

    How am I going to create real estate deals in the next months sustain me in this critical time where I literally have hit bottom in my finances, like many realtors have. I know many have hit bottom because I see it in the listings I had.
